About the event
Dr. Paul Clements Paul is one of the founders of the Climate Change Working Group at Western where he directs the Master of International Development Administration and graduate certificate on Climate Change Policy and Management programs.
He will speak on international reforms needed for the US to take responsibility for its carbon pollution with a focus on climate migrants.
